David W. Lippy – Managing Partner / Co-Founder

David Lippy began his professional career as a Legislative Assistant working in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives while attending Georgetown University as an undergraduate in the School of Foreign Service. His consulting career began by working on classified projects for the U.S. Air Force at the Rand Corporation in Santa Monica, California.

After completing his graduate work at The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University and his post-graduate work at Harvard, David began his own consulting firm in Boston focusing on the Aerospace and Defense industries. During his tenure, the company opened offices in Washington, D.C., Houston, TX, Japan, Germany, Italy, and Israel.

Clients of his company included every major aerospace and defense contractor in the U.S., including the U.S. Defense Department, White House, National Security Council, U.S. Department of State, and NASA. David and his team had a division that took several companies public as part of their venture capital work, and David regularly testified before the U.S. Senate on where and how private companies could support the U.S. Space program.

Before starting Effective Global Communications, David was the President of the World of Children Awards, the equivalent of the Nobel Peace Prize for children’s advocates. David’s mentor, Dr. Harry Leibowitz, is the Founder of this international non-profit organization.

For the last three decades, David’s specialty has been working on marketing, strategic planning, and business development with both turnaround and start–up companies.

For the past fifteen years he has focused his efforts on managing and creating the most efficient and cost-effective digital footprint for a wide variety of companies in both the private and non-profit sectors.

Simultaneously, since 2015 David has been the Webmaster, Director of Development and headed the marketing team for Boston Prolotherapy and Dr. Albert Franchi, the founder of this Regenerative medical practice. In addition, David has consulted with several QC Kinetix franchise owners in the cities of Columbus, Cleveland, and Atlanta.  Most recently he has been consulting on a business development basis with RegenOMedix an FDA registered Medical Device Distributor of Regenerative Therapies located in Boca Raton, Florida.

For five years, David served as both the Director of Marketing and Head of Fundraising for Oceanites, a 501 (c)(3) Climate Change organization. From that position, he was retained by The George Washington University and the Planet Forward program run by former CNN anchor Frank Sesno as a special advisor and consultant to support development and fund raising.
